Trusted Trader, this involves an assessment administered by trading standards professionals, to ensure that our consumers' interests are kept at the forefront of our business. To gain our endorsement as a Which? Trusted Trader, Hackworthy had to pass the Which? assessment process, examining the following items of our business:

• Business procedures 
• Interview and assessment 

From here, we were then provided a report with feedback from the assessors to ensure that we meet all of the criteria required before we were allowed to join the scheme. Following this, we decided to join the scheme, to prove to our customers that choosing Hackworthy as your house removal company is the right choice.
