After your Move Questions or Concerns
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems during or after your move we encourage you to contact as soon as possible by e-mail or on 01752 547236. Our staff will be happy to discuss any concerns you may have.
Feedback
We welcome feedback about your move! Learning what went into your decision to choose a moving company as well as how the removal went will help us provide better service to all of our customers. We send out an online survey to all our customers after their removal which we would be grateful if you were able to take the time to complete. In addition Google Places and Facebook are great ways to let others know how we are doing. So if you have a minute please take the time to share your experience with others. You can also access your details through our Client Portal you will just need your client ID and password to log in.
Dealing With Your Complaint
We take any complaint we receive very seriously and work with our clients to resolve any issue as quickly as possible so we would ask that you contact your Move Manager straight away if you have an issue.
In the unlikely event we are unable to resolve your complaint we adhere to the British Association of Removers Alternative Dispute resolution scheme which is independently operated by the Furniture & Home Improvement Ombudsman:
