Once you have agreed an offer for your house call us to arrange for an estimator to call or use our online estimator for a quotation.

A few thing to think about before the estimator arrives:

We will then calculate the amount of furniture you have to move and the number of boxes you will need to pack your effects and we will send/e-mail you our quotation and tailored removal plan.

Once you have a date for your removal call us to check that we can accommodate these dates and then send your signed acceptance back to us.

Once we have received your acceptance we will confirm a time in writing for the men to arrive on the day of your removal. We will also arrange for boxes to be delivered if you have chosen to pack for yourself, check out our helpful hints for packing, which have been compiled by our own removal men. Or if you have chosen our packing service just sit back and relax!

Payment can be made by debit/credit card, cheque, internet banking or bacs just let us know which payment method you prefer.

The men will arrive on the day at the agreed time. Depending on the specification and distance of your move we may begin packing a few day before moving day.

Your effects will be packed into our storage containers, which will then be transported, to our CCTV monitored and alarmed warehouse where they will be stored until you have a date for their delivery.

We can arrange for your goods, full or part load to be shipped to Australia and USA , in fact anywhere in the World. Again we will arrange for the estimator to call or you can fill in our online estimator.

While we can give you an approximate cost to ship to a country we will need a town/village to give you definite quotation. Ask us about shipping cars.

Our quotation will normally be for a door-to-door service and include the wrapping of furniture, terminal charges at the destination, custom clearance formalities and unpacking at your new residence.

Our distribution service covers the whole of Devon and Cornwall twice weekly. We operate a modern fleet of vehicles ranging from 7.5 tonne to large rigids. We can offer delivery of one item to whole vans on a regular basis or as and when required.
