Storage and Archiving Services
All types of storage are available for our clients; from pallet storage to conventional storage. We are able to provide forklift services and can accept deliveries. In addition we can provide document archiving and retrieval services through our sister company Plymouth Self Storage.
Distribution Service
In today’s business world of tighter margins and high consumer demand, we recognise that cost effectiveness while maintaining a high quality service is paramount. At Hackworthy’s we can provide your business with a bespoke delivery solution, which is both efficient and reliable and provides you and your customer with an excellent standard of service.
As one of the leading home goods distribution companies in the South West we can provide your company with a one-stop-shop for all your delivery requirements. We provide the following services as standard to all of our clients:
- A daily service within the PL1-PL9 area
- All other areas of Devon and Cornwall covered at least twice a week
- An AM/PM time slot
- A pre-call to the customer
- The item taken to the room of the customers choice
- A full unpacking service, and removal of packaging waste
- Flexible payment terms including credit or debit card payments
- No contracted terms – place one order a year to 100 per week
If you don’t usually provide a delivery service but believe it would be easier to make that sale if the customer could arrange delivery on the spot, or providing the name of a delivery company would add another string to that all important bow, at Hackworthys we are happy to deal direct with you or with your customers.

How it works
- Contact us and we will provide you will a waste management sack/s.
- Fill with all your confidential papers (don’t worry about removing staples and paperclips).
- Return full sacks to one of our stores or call for collection.
- We shred your paperwork and then provide you with a certificate of destruction.

Prices
This service is ad-hoc with no on-going commitment. In this economic climate, why pay for a scheduled service which may not be fully utilized, when you are one phone call away from next day collection. Keep our sacks on site ready to use and call us once you have one sack or twenty sacks ready for collection.
Scheduled Service
We are able to arrange a scheduled monthly, weekly or daily collection for businesses who are in need of a regular service. Call us with details of the service you require and we will provide you with a written quotation.
